The Role
As a Sales Executive, you'll help customers find the right car finance option that fits their needs. You'll handle inbound leads, build relationships, and guide customers through their car buying journey — no cold calling, just connecting and helping people every day.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing warm, pre-qualified leads from customers looking for finance.
- Building rapport and understanding customer needs.
- Working closely with lenders and internal teams to find the best deal.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
What you'll need:
- At least 12 months of sales experience, ideally in a target-driven role.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- A proactive, positive approach and a passion for helping customers.
