Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales results within set timescales
  • Keeping track of KPI\’s and data for multiple sales teams within the Contact Centre
  • Being part of the Senior Management team and being part of the journey
  • Attending meetings with key stakeholders across the business

Requirements

  • Track record in managing teams to achieve KPI\’s and delivering high quality team performance
  • Has individual high standards and expects the same from the people they work with
  • Commercially focussed, balanced with high levels of emotional intelligence
  • Experience of monitoring and managing individuals and team performance
  • Experience and awareness of how to motivate colleagues and drive performance
