The Role
As a Senior Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving performance across multiple sales teams within our Contact Centre. You’ll play a key role as part of the senior leadership team, ensuring targets are achieved while building a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance commercial performance with strong people leadership, coaching and development.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering strong sales performance within agreed timescales and targets.
- Monitoring and analysing KPIs and performance data across multiple sales teams.
- Leading, coaching and developing managers and team members to drive consistent high performance.
- Playing an active role within the Senior Management team, contributing to business direction and growth.
- Attending and contributing to meetings with key stakeholders across the business.
- Creating a high-performance culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement and customer outcomes.
- Identifying opportunities to improve team performance, processes and overall sales effectiveness.
