The Role
As a Paralegal, you'll support our in-house Legal team across a wide variety of commercial, regulatory and litigation matters. Working closely with the Head of Legal and Legal Counsel, you'll gain valuable exposure to contract drafting, litigation, data protection, AI governance and regulatory compliance within an FCA-regulated business. Whether you're a recent law graduate or an early-career Paralegal, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop broad in-house legal experience while working on real business projects that make an impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Commercial Contracts: Drafting, reviewing and maintaining a range of commercial agreements including supplier contracts, NDAs, introducer agreements and data processing agreements.
- Supporting the full contract lifecycle, including tracking signatures, renewal dates and contractual obligations.
