The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you’ll play a key role in growing Zuto by recruiting brilliant people into our contact centre. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, using multiple sourcing methods to find, engage and hire top talent, all while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Recruiting new Zutonites using a variety of recruitment techniques, job boards and LinkedIn.
- Working proactively and at pace to ensure all candidates are contacted and feel supported throughout the process.
- Managing full recruitment cycles across roles within the contact centre — from scoping requirements to making offers.
- Qualifying, shortlisting and presenting high-quality candidates against defined vacancies.
- Managing candidate journeys with pace, consistency and professionalism.
- Attending careers fairs, recruitment events and networking opportunities to represent Zuto.
- Championing Zuto’s values in every interaction and promoting our culture to prospective talent.
What you’ll need:
- 12 months experience in a similar recruitment environment (volume, fast paced).
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- Experience selling or closing roles, services or opportunities.
- Strong telephone sales skills with excellent objection handling.
- Ability to manage pressure, deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Confidence building relationships with managers and influencing hiring decisions.
