The Role
As the PPC Manager, you’ll take ownership of Zuto’s paid search strategy, driving scalable, profitable growth across our digital acquisition channels. You’ll be a data-driven, customer-focused specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys testing, innovating and optimising at scale. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and offers the opportunity to make a real impact on performance and growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and delivering Zuto’s paid search strategy, ensuring strong ROI and sustainable growth.
- Managing and optimising large-scale Google Ads and Bing Ads accounts.
- Using data, testing and insight to continuously improve performance, efficiency and customer acquisition.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to align PPC activity with wider marketing and commercial goals.
- Driving innovation across paid search, identifying new opportunities to scale and improve results.
- Monitoring budgets, forecasting performance and reporting clearly on outcomes and insights.
- Ensuring all activity aligns with customer needs, brand values and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Need
We’re looking for a commercially minded PPC specialist who is confident operating at both a strategic and hands-on level. You’ll need:
- Proven experience managing high-spend PPC campaigns, ideally within a fast-growth or performance-led environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear actions and decisions.
- A test-and-learn mindset, with experience driving optimisation and innovation in paid search.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A customer-first approach, balancing performance with long-term value and brand integrity.
- Experience within fintech, automotive or regulated environments is desirable but not essential.
