We know how important cars are in people’s everyday lives — for work, family, and freedom — and that’s why we’re proud to help hundreds of thousands of customers every year. From day one, we’ve been redefining what success looks like — creating something special at Zuto: a business that leaves a lasting, positive legacy. The Role

As a Banking Executive, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth, accurate and compliant flow of funds across our car finance journeys. You’ll be responsible for maintaining quality, reducing risk and protecting both our customers and the business — all within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone who is methodical, risk-focused and confident making sound decisions quickly, while delivering a great service both internally and externally.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Checking that paperwork and documentation is complete, accurate and meets lender standards.
  • Preventing and minimising fraud and financial risk to Zuto.
  • Troubleshooting and responding to queries using your technical and process knowledge.
  • Setting up and authorising payments to dealerships, and reconciling incoming payments.
  • Reviewing cancellation requests and processing them in line with Zuto, lender and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing your own workload and time to ensure key touchpoints are met with internal and external customers.
  • Adhering to anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and other relevant financial legislation.

What You’ll Need

We’re looking for someone who combines strong attention to detail with excellent communication and organisational skills. You’ll need:

  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Confidence working independently while contributing positively to a collaborative, customer-focused team.
  • Strong PC skills, with confidence using internal systems and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong phone skills, able to explain complex situations in a clear, common-sense way.

Desirable: An understanding of FCA guidelines, including Right of Withdrawal and other relevant legislation.
