The Role As a Graduate Talent Acquisition Executive, you’ll play a key role in growing Zuto by recruiting brilliant people into our contact centre. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, using multiple sourcing methods to find, engage and hire top talent, all while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. What you\’ll be doing: Recruiting new Zutonites using a variety of recruitment techniques, job boards and LinkedIn. Working proactively and at pace to ensure all candidates are contacted and feel supported throughout the process. Shortlisting and presenting suitable candidates to hiring managers against clearly defined vacancies. What you’ll need: A degree in any field graduating in 2024 – 2025 Strong communication and listening skills. A proactive and positive attitude. A desire to work hard and earn money. Why Join Zuto?
