The Role:
- Capturing and validating customer information, ensuring they receive an excellent customer service experience
- Communicating with new and existing customers
- Ensuring customer requests and enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently
- Setting your own daily targets to achieve your monthly goals
- Handling objections and understanding the customers needs
- Working closely with other customer facing an non-customer facing teams
- Liaising with vehicle dealerships and other affiliates, building rapport and managing relationships
- Being the primary escalation point for customer\’s after sale\’s problems. Working closely with our Customer Care team to resolve initial issues quickly and fairly.
