The Role
As a Graduate Talent Acquisition Executive, you’ll play a key role in growing Zuto by recruiting brilliant people into our contact centre. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, using multiple sourcing methods to find, engage and hire top talent, all while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Recruiting new Zutonites using a variety of recruitment techniques, job boards and LinkedIn.
- Working proactively and at pace to ensure all candidates are contacted and feel supported throughout the process.
- Shortlisting and presenting suitable candidates to hiring managers against clearly defined vacancies.
What you’ll need:
- A degree in any field graduating in 2024 - 2025
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- A desire to work hard and earn money.
