We are seeking an exceptional commercial leader to build and scale a strategic partner ecosystem in the Middle East from the ground up. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role for someone who has executed this playbook before—creating and nurturing revenue-generating consultant networks from scratch.
Zutec has a strong track record of deployment on large-scale building and infrastructure projects in the Middle East. While our direct sales efforts have recently focused on the UK and Ireland, we see significant untapped potential in the Middle East and are looking to expand our presence through a partner channel.
What You’ll Need
- Commercial Excellence
- Proven success building consultant and lead-generation partnerships from scratch
- Direct experience executing a full-funnel partner playbook—from identification to revenue impact
- Strong track record converting consultant relationships into measurable pipeline and revenue
- Full-Funnel Partnership Management
- End-to-end ownership: sourcing, onboarding, enablement, and performance management
- Ability to design repeatable, scalable partnership frameworks
- Experience building consultant-led ecosystems focused on brand promotion and lead generation
- Builder Mentality
- Entrepreneurial, self-starting, and resourceful—a builder, not a maintainer
- Comfortable operating with minimal infrastructure

You’re a commercially driven operator who has built consultant ecosystems in B2B SaaS scale-ups. You have stories of building from zero, structuring win-win consultant relationships, and influencing C-suite partners- while staying hands-on enough to build your own decks and processes. Most importantly, you have a strong operational track record in the Middle East.
