This role plays a critical role within the handover operations team acting as the main point of contact for our clients for multiple projects, engaging with them to track project progress against agreed project timelines resulting in completed project handover documentation.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • All direct client communication/stakeholder management.
  • Manage and review project documentation - expected vs received.
  • Deliver project against pre‑agreed SLAs (Incl. Contractual Timeframe and Project Phases).
  • Management of full project lifecycle from Kick Off to Handover/Close Out.
  • Proactive client management to ensure actions are completed within agreed timescales.
  • Managing delivery to pre‑defined and agreed scope of work.
  • Review project quality from assigned project team; proactively mentor and feedback areas for improvement.
  • Upkeep of all project related administration internally (Jira / Zutec) and externally (Zutec Reporting / Dashboards).
  • Engage with key stakeholders/clients proactively throughout lifecycle of project to ensure clear project communications and escalate internally/externally where required.
  • Manage any project escalations from inception through to resolution.
  • Escalate any financial and commercial queries or issues to respective internal departments.
  • Follow project RAID to ensure successful project completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in delivering on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Track record of managing customer expectations, project team resources, good project health delivering on time, in Scope, on budget.
  • Understanding of project requirements and scope delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across stakeholders of all levels.
  • Accurate IT skills and methodical approach.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of construction process and project life cycle throughout the RIBA plan of work a bonus.
  • Use of Jira to manage project plans and deliverables a bonus.
