We’re working with a global leader in entertainment and content production, to hire a Cloud & AI Application Administrator. This is a great opportunity to join a business investing heavily in SaaS and AI tools across its international operations. This role sits at the heart of their tech ecosystem, owning the day-to-day management, governance, and optimisation of a growing portfolio of cloud-based and AI-enabled applications.
The Opportunity
You’ll take a hands-on role in managing SaaS platforms and AI tools, ensuring they’re secure, cost-effective, and aligned with business needs. You’ll work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders, giving you real visibility and impact across the organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Administer and optimise a range of SaaS and AI applications
- Manage user access (RBAC, provisioning, SSO)
- Monitor system performance and respond to issues
- Oversee SaaS spend, usage, and cost optimisation
- Support audits, compliance, and security best practices
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Help reduce “shadow IT” by promoting approved tools
What They’re Looking For
- Experience administering SaaS or cloud-based platforms
- Strong foundation in systems administration (Microsoft background beneficial)
- Understanding of cloud security, access controls, and integrations (APIs/webhooks)
- Experience working with stakeholders across business and tech teams
- Comfortable managing multiple tools in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity and adaptability—especially around AI tools
Exposure to platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP, Box, Adobe Cloud, or AI tools is a plus, but not essential.
