Our 10-week summer programmes give you a real job with real responsibility and a taste of life working at Zurich. Our summer internships are ideal for undergraduate students. As well as gaining some great experience, successful completion of your internship in 2027 could lead to you being offered a place on one of our graduate programmes starting in 2028.
What can I look forward to?
- We aim to develop future change and technology leaders who understand the breadth of our business and can contribute to excellent customer experience.
- We’ll assign you to a project or a workstream, where you will be able to see first-hand how we manage change in our business with the chance to take ownership of discrete elements of the delivery yourself.
- There will be plenty of opportunities and time to explore other roles within our change function and get to understand the wider business and how we could support your career post-university.

What you’ll need:
- Although we are a hybrid workforce, you should be within a commutable distance of the office workplaces stated in this advert with the expectation to be in the office a minimum of two days per week.
- An interest in working in technology is desirable but an IT-related degree is not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong working relationships.
- Ability to grasp complex concepts in a business environment.
- Flexibility and responsiveness in a varied role, where no day is ever the same and you could be working with people and partners based all over the world.
Entry requirements:
- You must currently be in your penultimate year at university and be on track to receive a 2:1 degree in any undergraduate (or equivalent) discipline.
- At least 96 UCAS points – CCC grades (or equivalent) from 3 A-level subjects excluding general studies.
- A* to C grade (9 to 4) in Maths and English GCSE.
- You must have an indefinite, full right to work and reside in the UK. We cannot accept applications from those who require sponsorship to work in the UK.
- You must have resided in the UK for a minimum of three consecutive years.
