The opportunity

As a result of the exciting growth within Zurich corporate Risk (ZCR), we have an opportunity to join our Operations Department as an administrator on a permanent basis. This role involves the administration of new business policies, the completion of accurate and timely accounts across our Group Life, Group Income protection and Group Critical Illness policies. In addition, you will be speaking with customers, supporting with outstanding documentation and premiums.

We aren’t fussed if you’ve worked in a similar role before – ideally you will have previous experience using Excel and be confident speaking on the phone. If this sounds interesting, then we would love to hear from you!

What will you be doing?

  • Interacting with customers and support sales team as required
  • Daily monitoring of Work Manager tasks to meet KPI/SLA requirements
  • Timely and accurate accounts issued
  • Dealing with day‑to‑day queries and action within SLA’s
  • Liaising with internal teams to improve customer focus
  • Involvement in daily comm cell meetings discussing workloads, concerns, and plan for the day
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
  • Initiate and implement process improvement ideas
  • Sharing knowledge and expertise
  • Understanding the impact of the accounts in relation to ZCR’s debt position
  • Working closely with the key financial controls team to identify and resolve reconciliation difference

  • Previous experience using Excel and other Microsoft packages
  • Confident speaking on the phone

  • Ability to cope with varying workloads, pressures, and priorities

  • Excellent judgement and decision‑making skills
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong focus on quality and root cause analysis
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, both within and outside of ZCR
