The Early Careers team is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support every stage of our recruitment process. In this varied role, no two days are the same. One day, you might be creating content for a new recruitment campaign and posting job adverts; the next, you could be arranging interviews across different business areas and facilitating final outcome discussions with stakeholders. Through it all, you’ll keep the candidate experience at the centre of everything you do as this is often the start of their career journey.

Many of our employees work flexibly in a variety of different ways, including part-time, flexible hours, job share, and an element of working from home. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time. Please talk to us at interview about the flexibility you may need.

What will you be doing?

As an Early Careers Coordinator, you’ll create and post job adverts, ensuring they reflect our brand and appeal to top talent. You’ll coordinate interviews, screen applications, and review video interviews to help us attract the best candidates to Zurich.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll work closely with stakeholders and external providers, facilitating hiring discussions and confidently challenging decisions when needed. You’ll manage and update our applicant tracking system, keep candidates informed, oversee external recruitment platforms, and manage our careers inbox.

You’ll also coordinate recruitment fairs, with opportunities to attend external events and host virtual sessions. This will allow us to connect with top talent and highlight Zurich as an employer of choice.

This is a varied, fast-paced role where every day brings new challenges. You’ll need to be highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing a high volume of work that can change quickly.

What are we looking for?

  • Excellent communicator – comfortable managing relationships with both stakeholders and external providers
  • Strong attention to detail, able to work within clear deadlines
  • Competent in managing a busy and varied workload within a fast-paced environment
  • Well versed in administration and a natural team player
  • Adaptable as priorities and schedules can change quickly

What will you get in return?

Everyone’s different. That’s why at Zurich, we offer a wide range of employee benefits so our people can choose what fits them and their life. Our benefits provide real flexibility so our people can make considered choices and tailor their benefits throughout the year. Our benefits include 12% defined non-contributory pension scheme, annual company bonus, private medical insurance and the option to buy up to an additional 20 days or sell some of your holiday.
