We're looking for a Reconciliations Administrator to join our team and play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

You'll be responsible for preparing balance sheet reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and supporting strong financial controls across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail who enjoys problem-solving, working collaboratively with others and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Whether you're looking to develop your existing reconciliation experience or take the next step in your finance career, you'll be part of a supportive team where your contribution truly matters.

Key responsibilities

As a Reconciliations Administrator, you will

  • Prepare and complete allocated balance sheet reconciliations accurately and within agreed deadlines, ensuring compliance with established controls and procedures.
  • Review source data, supporting documentation and reconciliation evidence to ensure accuracy, completeness and effective management of outstanding items.
  • Investigate, resolve and appropriately escalate reconciling items, balance sheet discrepancies and outstanding queries.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, supporting documentation and audit‑ready evidence, ensuring clear audit trails at all times.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Finance, Operations and the wider business to obtain information, resolve issues and support timely reconciliation outcomes.
  • Provide reconciliation evidence, explanations and documentation to support internal and external audit requirements.
  • Support the integrity of underlying accounting records by identifying discrepancies, documenting actions and following issues through to resolution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen controls, increase automation, improve efficiency and simplify ways of working.
