As a proactive and customer-focused Business Systems Support Analyst within Zurich Engineering, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both internal users and external customers. From troubleshooting issues to maintaining applications and delivering training, you’ll be the go-to expert for ensuring our systems work seamlessly.

What you\'ll be doing
- Provide first-line support for internal and external users of business applications
- Managing user access and settings for business applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic application issues efficiently and professionally
- In conjunction with technical teams, test application updates
- Deliver user training and create helpful support documentation
- Collaborate with the Business Systems Team Manager and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
