We’re hiring a Technical Support Administrator to join our Operations Department on a permanent basis. What will you be doing?
- Learning the key approaches, methodologies and techniques of Continuous Improvement, AI, and automation within the team.
- Supporting senior colleagues with improvement and automation initiatives across ZCR.
- Working with stakeholders to define requirements within a project context.
- Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements for assigned projects.
- Helping to review administrative processes, identify inefficiencies, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting process documentation, testing, and implementation activity for approved improvements, AI, and automation solutions.
- Supporting the delivery of smaller, lower complexity improvement activities under guidance.
- Assisting with project coordination activities, including tracking actions, progress, benefits, and realised savings.
- Assisting with operational readiness, including communications, training, deployment, and transition to BAU teams.
- Building effective working relationships with stakeholders across the business to support successful change delivery.
- Support daily monitoring of automation and MI reports and assisting with system and business exception handling.
- From time‑to‑time support other project activity across the team and ZCR.

- Attained or working towards LEAN Yellow Belt.
