This exciting opportunity is to be a Telephone Protection Consultant (BDM) within Zurich's ambitious Distribution team. You will initiate, develop, and maintain productive relationships from your own panel of intermediary (adviser) firms, primarily through structured sales calls and virtual meetings.

Responsibilities
- Be part of a supportive, fun, and challenging team with ambitious growth targets.
- Create, develop, and manage relationships remotely with intermediaries to promote Zurich's protection products and services, ultimately growing our market share.
- Demonstrate an understanding of how an intermediary business works: their current position, future aspirations, and how Zurich can partner with them.
- Develop your understanding of the industry and adviser marketplace.
- Maintain product knowledge and apply this during your conversations.
- Contribute to the overall performance of a large growing organisation.
- Communicate effectively, meeting the individual needs of each adviser and ultimately our customers.
- Build relationships via remote contact, demonstrating confidence to network and succeed.
- Cope with varying workloads and priorities, demonstrating effective organisational and planning skills.
- Self‑motivate and stay goal‑oriented throughout the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in the industry or a similar role is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to meet the needs of advisers and customers.
- Confidence to network and build relationships through remote channels.
- Skill in managing workload and prioritisation.
- Effective organisational and planning abilities.
