- Using your deep understanding of the product development process to proactively identify and mitigate delivery and regulatory risks before launch.
- Using your commercial acumen to ensure all developments balance the commercial aspects of protection plans, such as pricing and reinsurance, as part of development process.
- Analysing key business, market and customer MI to identify proposition areas for potential improvement.
- Supporting the completion of our products’ annual review and fair value assessments.
- Understanding regulatory changes and the impact on the protection market including defining the required proposition changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Acting as a Retail Protection expert across the business, helping other areas as required.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who has the following skills/experience:

- Experience of developing UX and CX improvements is desirable.
- Experience of AI led opportunities to improve the CX would also be advantageous.
