The opportunity We are seeking an individual to join our Southeast Mid-Market team of experienced Underwriters who is passionate about our customers. You will drive every underwriting decision and action with the goal of providing innovative and creative propositions that cater to our customer\’s unique risk profile and coverage needs. We take pride in going above and beyond, aiming to surpass all expectations and deliver the highest quality customer experience that distinguishes us from our competitors.
As a Property and Casualty Trading Underwriter, you’ll be analysing and underwriting new business. This means you’ll be in a market-facing trading role, so it’s important that you are great at communicating and building meaningful relationships with our distribution partners.

- Underwriting experience (especially with Property and Casualty) is a plus, but not essential, as we are open to considering candidates with transferable skills and a strong willingness to learn.
