Overview

We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Chief Technology Office senior leaders in IT, Data and Change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day support to at least three senior leaders (diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination)
  • Prepare documents, reports and presentations
  • Support communication between senior leaders and internal teams
  • Manage and prioritise own tasks; coordinate schedules to keep operations running smoothly
  • Handle confidential administrative work and HR processes
  • Execute travel logistics using Egencia, prepare expense reports and support payments
  • Assist with internal and external guest reception and customer inquiries
  • Prioritise and respond to e‑mail, maintain complex calendars and coordinate meetings
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory controls in standard practices
  • Collaborate with assistant community to share best practice

Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting multiple senior members simultaneously
  • Strong diary management, email triage, travel organisation and administrative skillset
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision in a demanding environment
  • High accuracy, strong attention to detail
  • Effective communicator with problem‑solving mindset
  • Ability to build or utilise a strong support network
  • Appreciation of confidentiality and trust
