Overview: Customer obsession sits at the heart of our team. As a Multinational Program Coordinator you will build and foster long‑term, profitable relationships with customers and brokers, manage your own portfolio, and be the “go‑to” person for delivering market‑leading insurance solutions. The role involves identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, and providing the best solutions available.

What will you be doing? You will provide strategic services, join the dots to see the bigger picture, and lead colleagues across CI UK and the wider Zurich global network to deliver multinational programs worldwide. You will establish and lead clear structures around expectations, timelines and delivery dates, advocate for junior team members, and use your communication and project management skills to work across functions, markets and cultures.

What are we looking for? We expect market‑facing experience working with customers and brokers, strong planning and prioritisation skills, and the ability to lead and implement change. You will coordinate the internal Zurich Service team, manage programme delivery to agreed standards, and oversee multinational network management. Knowledge of Zurich’s multinational proposition, global network, service capabilities and GPS principles is a plus but not essential.
