We’re looking for a London Global Broker Relationship Manager who thrives on building strong relationships, delivering strategically, spotting opportunities and driving growth.

About the role

As a Global Broker Relationship Manager you will be at the heart of our strategic and business‑development efforts. Your focus will be on creating meaningful partnerships with our largest distribution partners, building and driving your panel’s UK distribution strategy, supporting underwriters and ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deepen relationships with key brokers to build trust and long‑term partnerships.
  • Own, build and execute distribution strategies for key global brokers across the UK portfolio with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support underwriters by introducing new business opportunities and driving broker engagement.
  • Monitor broker performance, identifying trends and areas for growth to maximise potential.
  • Collaborate across UK offices to deliver regional initiatives and share best practices.
  • Contribute to client proposition development through creative portfolio solutions that meet evolving market needs.

Requirements

  • Commercial awareness and knowledge of the London market, global brokers, specialty and commercial insurance.
  • Strong relationship‑builder with excellent influencing skills focused on delivery and outcomes.
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver results in a competitive environment.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, confident working across multiple senior stakeholders.
