Join Our Health & Safety Team

Help deliver effective H&S governance, systems, processes, and controls across the UK. You will travel as needed to ensure we meet legislative and company requirements, maintain high H&S standards, and support ongoing performance improvement. We offer flexible working arrangements, including part-time, remote, and flexible hours. Please discuss your needs at the interview.

What Will You Be Doing?

  1. Promote a positive health and safety culture across the company.
  2. Provide guidance and support on safety-related matters to management and employees.
  3. Collaborate with teams to promote safety initiatives and integrate safety practices into daily operations.
  4. Conduct inspections and audits to identify safety issues and ensure compliance.
  5. Assess hazards and risks, recommending mitigation measures.
  6. Maintain accurate H&S records and documentation.
  7. Support employee training delivery.
  8. Manage team mailbox queries promptly.
  9. Develop and manage contractor H&S approval processes.
  10. Perform other H&S and administrative tasks as assigned by the H&S Manager.

Candidate Profile

We seek a dedicated, detail-oriented individual who is approachable and collaborative, capable of building effective relationships with stakeholders. You should have experience in a H&S environment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to proactively identify risks. Excellent communication, IT skills, and the ability to interpret safety regulations are essential. You must have:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate
  • Membership or working towards membership of IOSH (Tech IOSH)
  • A full valid driving license
