The opportunity: We’re looking for a curious, analytically minded eTrade Analyst to help shape the future of our rapidly growing SME eTrade portfolio. You will work with data, spot patterns, and turn insights into action, presenting those insights clearly to senior stakeholders. You will support the SME Portfolio Underwriting team by uncovering trends, identifying opportunities, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making in a fast‑paced insurance environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insight under the guidance of Portfolio Managers.
- Deliver regular analysis to support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of SME products through analytical recommendations.
- Build a strong understanding of market trends, distribution channels and the competitive landscape.
- Play an active role in a collaborative, inclusive and supportive team culture.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in underwriting or claims, or a good understanding of insurance processes.
- Strong numerical skills with the ability to interpret trends and outcomes.
