The opportunity

As a Service Administrator in Zurich Municipal, you’ll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the team. You’ll help manage key administrative activity, keep records accurate and up to date, and support colleagues across the business to deliver a high-quality service. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in doing things accurately, and likes being part of a collaborative team. We’ll provide training and support from day one, so you don’t need previous insurance experience to apply. What will you be doing?

  • Work closely with your team and colleagues across Zurich Municipal to support day-to-day service activity
  • Monitor shared inboxes and voicemails, responding promptly and escalating where needed
  • Process documentation and update records accurately
  • Complete regular administrative tasks in line with team and business requirements
