Overview

The Early Careers team is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to support every stage of our recruitment process. In this varied role, no two days are the same. One day, you might be posting job adverts; the next, you could be arranging interviews across different business areas and delivering final outcomes to candidates. Through it all, you\\\’ll keep the candidate experience at the centre of everything you do. We support flexible working arrangements, including part-time, flexible hours, job share and some remote working. Please talk to us at interview about the flexibility you may need.

Responsibilities

  • Post job adverts, ensuring they reflect our brand.
  • Coordinate interviews, screen applications, and review video interviews to help attract the best candidates to Zurich.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process for graduates, interns & apprentices.
  • Manage and update the applicant tracking system, keep candidates informed, oversee external recruitment platforms, and manage the early careers inbox.
  • Coordinate recruitment fairs and external events to connect with top talent and highlight Zurich as an employer of choice.

This is a varied, fast-paced role where every day brings new challenges. You\\\’ll need to be highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing a high volume of work that can change quickly.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in recruitment administration is preferred, however not essential.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to manage relationships with both stakeholders and external providers
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within clear deadlines
  • Ability to manage a busy and varied workload within a fast-paced environment
