Data and Change Apprenticeship 2025 (Zurich Municipal) – Zurich Insurance
Location: London, Farnborough, Fareham or Chichester
Salary: £23,387 plus £3,200 London allowance
Qualification: Data-Driven Professional Programme Level 3 with Corndel
Start Date: As soon as possible

This is a permanent role; your apprenticeship is the start of your career with us. We will support your growth after completion.
Your Opportunity
This apprenticeship will give you a key role in delivering our digital and data strategy and will teach you the basics of insurance in a leading international company. You’ll learn three key areas: Continuous Improvement, Automation, and Data while working in an agile and supportive team. You will own projects and deliver independently, with time allocated to study alongside your permanent role.
What can I look forward to?
You’ll be involved in projects within the company, helping you communicate with stakeholders and provide value for the business. You’ll be supported by a team with varied experience to develop your skills throughout the apprenticeship. You’ll complete a Data Professional Apprenticeship over 14 months, including an End Point Assessment, gaining knowledge of data and developing crucial skills for day-to-day work. The programme focuses on tools essential for data tasks. Upon completion you’ll receive a Level 3 qualification as a Data Technician (equivalent to 2 A-Levels).

What you’ll need
- Full right to work and reside in the UK – must have been ordinarily resident in the UK for the last three years and have the right to work; we cannot accept sponsorship applications
- A minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 including Maths and English
- A professional, positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships and manage a range of stakeholders
- Ability to deliver to tight deadlines
- Problem solving and a curious mindset
