Working closely with the Head of Commercial Delivery, this is a unique opportunity to play a part in driving business objectives that impact key financial metrics, alongside ensuring we provide the best possible solutions for our customers. "What will I do and how?"
We’ll need you to own activities/workstreams within the business that will investigate commercial/strategic opportunities/risks/issues to really drive results and support our delivery plan, along with project managing and supporting the delivery of new international business pension plans. You’ll be within a market facing and technical environment, so capacity planning is mission critical.
Collaboration and influencing are key – think of yourself as the glue that helps gain consensus from everyone involved, to help take them on the journey. Ultimately, this is all about making sure we optimise every opportunity and support our plan delivery.
Natural curiosity will mean you’ll be keen to look at how we can improve our processes and policies, so this could be continuous improvement opportunities like simplifying onboarding processes (Think Automation or Offshore opportunities!). Making data driven decisions and thinking about our regulatory exposure will also be key!

You might have a degree, but it doesn’t matter if you don’t. You must be a self-starter, with an ability to work through ambiguity and the unclear. We’ll help you be your best in this role by giving you all the support you need to develop your own toolkit.
