As Senior Construction Underwriter, you'll play a strategic role in expanding Zurich's mid-market retail portfolio. You'll take the lead in identifying and securing new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise to underwrite complex construction risks and shape Zurich's reputation as a market leader.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek out and win new business in the construction sector, helping Zurich grow its market share.
  • Lead the underwriting of high-value, complex construction risks across retail portfolios.
  • Build and nurture relationships with brokers, clients, and partners to unlock new opportunities and deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes, using your insights to inform agile, forward-thinking strategies.
  • You will play a key role in supporting the wider regional team by fostering growth through coaching and development, encouraging collaboration, and driving commercial success.
