Responsibilities

  • Analysing and underwriting new and existing business for SME clients.
  • Building relationships with brokers and intermediaries through live chat, phone calls, and our trading platform.
  • Providing an outstanding service experience for both customers and stakeholders.
  • Managing your own workload while supporting your colleagues to achieve team goals.
  • Taking ownership for delivering quality, timely insurance solutions.
  • Sharing your ideas for improvement—your feedback helps us work smarter and more efficiently.
  • Adapting to change and thinking on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
