- You also need to be confident talking to leaders about how they can get value from data and help guide them in learning the Art of the Possible.
- We also build our own data analytics, so you need to be comfortable with the “hands on” aspects – we cover data engineering, visualisation, process mining, text analytics and AI/GenAI – innovators with data are highly valued.
- You will be a key player in a small but global team – helping Group Audit keep Zurich safe.
What We’re Looking For:
- You love to spend time understanding how data can add value, and then happy to help others learn how they can do it.

- You will be keen on working with other like-minded people and demonstrate a strong growth mindset taking ownership of your personal development and love sharing what you learn wider.
- Experience in training others in data is essential – you will be asked about how you did this, and how you would like to do it in the future with us – innovation in making learning more accessible, relevant and successful is highly appreciated.
- Experience in Microsoft Copilots and Agents highly desirable.
- Commercial experience of applying data analytics to business problems and innovating, building solutions to solve them – essential too and you will be asked to demonstrate some of your innovations and solutions.
- Excel, Power Query and Power BI guru.
- Fabric/Alteryx or similar experience is great.
- Experience of Level 2 or 3 would be useful, but not essential.
