Working hours: This role is available on a part‑time, job‑share or full‑time basis. Core hours that need to be covered are: (10am-4pm)

As an administrative Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in supporting both our internal teams and our external customers. This is a varied and hands‑on role where no two days are the same. From helping customers use our online services to ensuring parcels reach the right place at the right time, you’ll be a key contributor to how we deliver a reliable, professional service.

What will you be doing?

  • Sort and process inbound/outgoing parcels accurately and efficiently
  • Book courier items and manage related documentation
  • Provide first‑line support to external website users, helping resolve requests quickly and professionally
  • Support a variety of administrative tasks in support of the wider business
  • Keep records and systems up to date, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
