Join our diverse and passionate ZRS Property Team to advance your career in Risk Management. This client-facing role involves working with large Corporate, Real Estate, and international clients to deliver tailored risk engineering solutions.

The position is home-based with travel to customer sites across London and the Home Counties. It is an essential car user (ECU) role, including a company car allowance.

Ideal candidates will have experience in Property & Business Assessments and some Account Engineering background. We support your development into an established Account Engineer with comprehensive training, emphasizing customer service, technical guidance, and risk management excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to reduce losses and improve risk management.
  • Conduct desktop and on-site assessments following technical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Risk Engineering Assistants on reports and customer reviews.
  • Manage risk improvement actions proactively.
  • Support business development by understanding Zurich Resilience Solutions offerings.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through articles and events.
  • Deliver risk engineering programs aligned with service agreements.
  • Provide technical support for large developments and refurbishments.
  • Engage regularly with our London-based Business Partners.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in property loss prevention, including Business Interruption and Natural Hazards; willingness to learn Fixed Fire Protection.
  • Experience assessing High Rise buildings.
  • Experience managing customer accounts and stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Commitment to self and team development.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent preferred.
