Telephone Protection Consultant in Oxford

Working Hours: This role is available on a part-time, job-share or full-time basis.

Location: Swindon (Hybrid Working)

The opportunity:

• Be part of a supportive, fun, and challenging team with ambitious growth targets.
• Create, develop, and manage relationships remotely with key intermediaries to promote Zurich and drive protection sales, ultimately growing our market share.
• Demonstrate an understanding of how the intermediary business works: their current position, future aspirations and how Zurich can partner with them to make life easier.
• Promote the Zurich proposition predominantly using remote distribution methods such as telephone, Microsoft Teams meetings, webinars and social media.
• Be at the leading edge of understanding the marketplace and industry developments when dealing with distributors.
• Maintain product and market knowledge and apply this knowledge appropriately.

Who are we looking for?

• An energetic, impactful candidate with the desire to succeed in a supportive but challenging environment.
• Ideally experienced in the protection industry, or with an attitude to learn quickly.
• Someone who can adapt their communication style to the individual needs of each adviser.
• Able to network and successfully build relationships via remote methods of contact.
• Have effective organisational and planning skills.
• Be self-motivated, goal orientated and resilient in a pressured environment.
