What will you be doing?

In the role of High-Net-Worth Underwriter, you will utilize your technical knowledge and analytical skills to support improvements to Zurich Private Clients Portfolio. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will work with the local underwriting & sales teams to achieve strategic objectives and deliver value for our brokers and internal stakeholders.

You will provide a standout service experience for our customers and stakeholders, taking ownership of your workload and supporting colleagues to ensure team success. You will also be responsible for driving, analyzing, and delivering a strong underwriting result across our portfolio, including key broker contacts.

What are we looking for?

• Established, strong high net worth property and/or motor underwriting experience with a proven track record of customer delivery in the high-net-worth market.
• Strong interpersonal skills to strengthen relationships with brokers.
• Proven ability to secure and retain business, with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail to challenge processes and decisions effectively.
• Adaptability to different workloads and pressures, with good organizational and prioritization skills.
