Telephone Protection Consultant in Gloucester

Working Hours: 35 hours per week - This role is available on a part-time, job-share or full-time basis.

Location: Swindon Office (Hybrid Working) – with office presence flexible dependent on location.

The opportunity:

• Be part of a supportive, fun, and challenging team with ambitious growth targets.
• Create, develop, and manage relationships remotely with intermediaries to promote Zurich’s protection products and services, ultimately growing our market share.
• Demonstrate an understanding of how an intermediary business works: their current position, future aspirations and how Zurich can partner with them.
• Develop your understanding of our industry and adviser marketplace.
• Contribute to the overall performance of a large growing organisation.

What are we looking for?

• An energetic, impactful candidate with the desire to succeed in a supportive but challenging environment.
• Experience in the industry or similar role is a bonus but it’s not mandatory to be successful.
• The ability to communicate effectively, meeting the individual needs of each adviser and ultimately, our customers.
• Confidence to network and successfully build relationships via remote contact.
• Ability to cope with varying workloads and priorities.
• Have effective organisational and planning skills.
• Someone who is self-motivated and goal orientated.
