What will you be doing?
Well, you can expect no two days to be the same. You’ll be working with your team, reporting into a Business Manager, and interacting daily with brokers and intermediaries.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop profitable business with Construction brokers & customers.
- Manage clients and broker relationships, interacting with risk managers.
- Oversee the service proposition on key broker accounts.
- Underwrite and negotiate insurance contracts.
- Demonstrate knowledge of systems, products, processes, and procedures to provide a first-class customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing self-development and learning; coach others when appropriate.
- Promote continuous improvement and process efficiency.
- Contribute to a positive team culture.
