The opportunity

About the role
As a Broker Development Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our business development efforts. Your focus will be on creating meaningful partnerships with brokers, supporting underwriters, and ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our clients. You’ll work collaboratively across our UK offices, championing London and regional initiatives and contributing to innovative portfolio solutions that enhance our client proposition.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and deepen relationships with key brokers to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Own, build and execute distribution strategies for key brokers across the UK portfolio.
- Support underwriters by introducing new business opportunities and driving broker engagement.
- Monitor broker performance, identifying trends and areas for growth to maximise potential.
- Collaborate across UK offices to deliver regional initiatives and share best practices.
- Contribute to client proposition development through creative portfolio solutions that meet evolving market needs.
