The opportunity: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to collaborate with several of our business areas, helping them achieve growth and business strategies and meet customer needs. Supporting some of our Head office functions, this is a great opportunity to join a company that truly delivers on its promises. Working closely with stakeholders and business areas, you will ensure the attraction of talented individuals to support our long-term strategy, creating talent pools and maintaining market knowledge. You will also be involved in various projects alongside managing vacancies.

What you will be doing: You will partner with multiple business areas, understanding their needs to stay ahead in the market. You will develop inclusive recruitment strategies, use data for insights, and stay updated on industry trends. Utilizing various sourcing methods, you will attract candidates through our EVP and employee ratings, building talent pools for current and future needs. External sourcing and pipelining experience are expected. You will collaborate with the wider TA and HR teams to identify improvement opportunities and participate in various projects.

What we are looking for: A seasoned recruiter experienced within complex matrix organizations, comfortable partnering at all levels, including executive. Strong prioritization, influence, stakeholder management, proactive sourcing, and talent pooling skills are essential. Experience in regulated environments and recruiting across multiple disciplines is advantageous.
