Our summer internships are ideal for undergraduate students. As well as gaining somegreat experience, successful completion of your internshipin 2027could lead to you being offered a place on one of our graduate programmesstarting in 2028.

What can I look forward to?

We aim to develop future change and technology leaders who understand the breadth of our businessand cancontribute to excellent customer experience.

We’llassign you to a project or a workstream, where you will be able to see firsthand how we manage change in our business with the chance totakeownership of discreteelements of the delivery yourself.

There will be plenty of opportunitiesand time to explore other roles within our change function and get to understand the widerbusiness and how wecouldsupport your career post-university.

Whatyou’ll need:

Although we are a hybrid workforce, you should be within a commutable distance of the office workplacestatedin this advert with the expectation to be intheoffice a minimum oftwodays per week

An interest in working in technology is desirable but an IT-related degree is notrequired

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to build strong working relationships

Ability to grasp complex concepts in a business environment

Flexibilityand responsivenessin a varied role, where no day is ever the same and you could be working with people and partners based all over the world.

Entryrequirements:

You must currently bein your penultimate year at universityand be on track to receive a 2:1 degree in any undergraduate (or equivalent)discipline

At least 96 UCAS points – CCC grades (or equivalent) from 3 A-level subjects excluding general studies

A* to C grade (9 to 4) in Maths and English GCSE

You must have an indefinite, full right to work andresidein the UK. We cannot accept applications from those who require sponsorship to work in the UK. You must haveresidedin the UK for a minimum of three consecutive years
