What you’ll be doing: We’re obsessed with helping our auditors learn how to get value from data analytics and AI in their audits – you will be key in helping design and deliver training solutions that help non-technical data people become data savvy and able to apply many data & AI techniques / tools to create value from data. You also need to be confident talking to leaders about how they can get value from data and help guide them in learning the Art of the Possible. We also build our own data analytics, so you need to be comfortable with the “hands on” aspects – we cover data engineering, visualisation, process mining, text analytics and AI/GenAI. Innovators with data are highly valued! You will be a key player in a small but global team – helping Group Audit keep Zurich safe.
What we’re looking for: You love to spend time understanding how data can add value, and then happy to help others learn how they can do it. You will be part teacher, part consultant, as well as getting actively involved in solving data problems. You will be keen on working with other like‑minded people and demonstrate a strong growth mindset, taking ownership on your personal development and love sharing what you learn wider. Experience in training others in data essential – you will be asked about how you did this, and how you would like to do it in the future with us – innovation in making learning more accessible, relevant and successful is highly appreciated! Experience in Microsoft Copilots and Agents highly desirable. Commercial experience of applying data analytics to business problems and innovating, building solutions to solve them – essential too and you will be asked to demonstrate some of your innovations and solutions. Excel, Power Query and Power BI guru! Fabric/Alteryx or similar experience great. Experience of Line 2 or 3 would be useful, but not essential.
