Location: Swindon/Hybrid – You will be expected to work in our Swindon office 1‑2 times a week.

The opportunity: As a result of the exciting growth within Zurich Corporate Risk (ZCR), we have an opportunity to join our Operations Department as an administrator on a permanent basis. This role involves the administration of new business policies, the completion of accurate and timely accounts across our Group Life, Group Income Protection and Group Critical Illness policies. In addition, you will be speaking with customers, supporting with outstanding documentation and premiums.

What will you be doing?

  • Interacting with customers and supporting the sales team as required
  • Daily monitoring of Work Manager tasks to meet KPI/SLA requirements
  • Timely and accurate Accounts issuance
  • Dealing with day‑to‑day queries and actions within SLA’s
  • Liaising with internal teams to improve customer focus
  • Participation in daily comm cell meetings to discuss workloads, concerns, and plans for the day
  • Contributing to a positive and supportive team culture
  • Initiating and implementing process improvement ideas
  • Sharing knowledge and expertise
  • Understanding the impact of the Accounts in relation to ZCR’s debt position
  • Working closely with the Key Financial Controls team to identify and resolve reconciliation differences
