This is an exciting opportunity to join our team working as a Motor Risk Consultant focused on building our customer proposition and future proofing our consultancy business. This is the perfect role for an individual with specialist knowledge in casualty risk consultancy with ambitions to make a difference and drive change and innovation across our business. The role is home based however there will be a requirement to travel to multiple office locations to support proposition development and work with our business partners. There will also be occasions where you will be required to attend seminars and events and travel to customer locations.
What will you be doing?
- Research, design and deliver new propositions from idea generation to project management and implementation.
- Prepare content and training material for Risk Consultants to deliver.
- Engaging with Risk Consultants and customers to understand future and emerging customer needs.
- Analyse market research and emerging trends to identify opportunities for growth and proposition development.
- Conduct competitor analysis and gaps in the market to identify opportunities.
- Engage with marketing colleagues to ensure propositions are relevant and impactful.
- Collaborate with business partners and key stakeholders to identify opportunities to expand existing propositions to other Zurich Resilience Solutions risk areas.
- Support Risk Consultants and the Casualty Proposition and Distribution team with external and internal events i.e. speaking at seminars, etc.

- Technical expert in risk consultancy with specialisms in casualty areas.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent planning and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Self-starter, flexible and willing to learn new skills.
- Keen interest in emerging trends, new technology and industry changes/innovations.
- Awareness of the principles and practices of the insurance industry, relevant to the role.
- A dedicated team player with a “can-do” approach to their work.
- Proficient skills in MS Office packages and social media platforms.
