Our Regional Underwriting team is searching for a passionate and innovative Senior Property and Casualty Underwriter to join us. Here, you will craft creative solutions tailored to our customers\' needs, striving to exceed expectations and deliver unparalleled service that sets us apart from the competition.

As a Senior New Business Underwriter, you will manage our existing portfolio and play a pivotal role in attracting new customers. This market-facing position requires exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for doing what\'s right for our customers.

Key responsibilities:

Exceptional Service: Deliver outstanding service experiences to our customers and stakeholders with timely and high-quality solutions.

Team Collaboration: Take ownership of your workload while supporting your colleagues to achieve collective goals.

Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth.

Underwriting Excellence: Drive and deliver strong underwriting results across our portfolio.

Process Improvement: Identify and propose enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes.

What we\'re looking for:

Experience: Proven expertise in Property and Casualty Underwriting.

Communication: Strong communication skills and confidence in decision-making.

Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to challenging existing processes and decisions.

Adaptability: Ability to manage varying workloads and pressures with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.

Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset, always prioritising the needs of our customers.
