The opportunity
We are seeking an individual to join our Southeast Mid-Market team of experienced Underwriters who is passionate about our customers. You will drive every underwriting decision and action with the goal of providing innovative and creative propositions that cater to our customer's unique risk profile and coverage needs. As a Property and Casualty Trading Underwriter, you'll be analysing and underwriting new business. This means you'll be in a Market facing trading role, so it's important that you are great at communicating and building meaningful relationships with our distribution partners. We'll support and train you in all the technical aspects of the role and will make sure that you feel part of the team from day one.

Key responsibilities

Your skills and experience
- Willingness to learn, develop, and be part of a team.
- Underwriting experience (especially with Property and Casualty) is a plus, but not essential, as we are open to considering candidates with transferable skills and a strong willingness to learn.
