Opportunity
We are seeking an individual to join our Southeast Mid-Market team of experienced Underwriters who is passionate about our customers. You will drive every underwriting decision and action with the goal of providing innovative and creative propositions that cater to our customer's unique risk profile and coverage needs. We take pride in going above and beyond, aiming to surpass all expectations and deliver the highest quality customer experience that distinguishes us from our competitors. As a Property and Casualty Trading Underwriter, you'll be analysing and underwriting existing and new business. This means you'll be in a Market-facing trading role, so it's important that you are great at communicating and building meaningful relationships with our distribution partners. We'll support and train you in all the technical aspects of the role and will make sure that you feel part of the team from day one. Many of our employees work flexibly in a variety of different ways, including part-time, flexible hours, job share, an element of working from home or compressed hours. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren't available full-time. Please talk to us at interview about the flexibility you may need.

- Underwriting experience (especially with Property and Casualty) is a plus, but not essential; we are open to candidates with transferable skills and a strong willingness to learn.
