We’re looking for an enthusiastic Business Support Administrator to join our Zurich Private Clients (ZPC) team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering excellent customer service by processing enquiries from our High Net Worth brokers and providing day‑to‑day support to our market underwriting team. What you’ll be doing:
- Providing day‑to‑day administrative support to ensure team and business objectives are met.
- Delivering excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and responding effectively.
- Handling telephone and electronic enquiries from customers and accurately inputting details into our underwriting and support systems.
- Supporting the wider ZPC team with non‑routine tasks where required.
- Sharing knowledge across the team by providing coaching and training to colleagues.
