We are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to lead Zurich UK’s CRM capability across Salesforce and Marketing Cloud. The role sits at the heart of the growth agenda, reporting to the Head of Marketing.
What you will be doing:
- Create impactful campaigns using direct feedback from customers and sales teams.
- Core marketing activities include campaign briefing, copywriting, email creation, and campaign optimization.
- Create and execute customer engagement and acquisition strategies aligned with growth plans, acting as the link between sales and marketing.
- Work with the insight team and Zurich data to deploy broker and customer audience segments for targeted campaigns.
- Adopt a test-and-learn approach to campaign development, carry out A/B and multi-variant testing, and use analytics tools for post-campaign analysis.
- Design and continuously improve the CRM architecture across Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, developing a roadmap to test and embed AI-enabled approaches.
- Encourage teams to unlock CRM potential and serve as a subject-matter expert, helping to build and manage multi-step customer journeys, trigger-based and behavioural email sequences, and supporting cross-sell and upsell journey design.
- Deliver and prove business impact through collaboration with business teams, measured by growth and customer KPIs (e.g., tNPS, broker survey feedback).
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a Digital Marketer, Marketing Automation Specialist or CRM Marketing Specialist.
- Experience building or re-architecting CRM environments from basic to advanced levels.
- Experience operating within complex or regulated environments (insurance or financial services desirable).
Technical Skills:
- Experience working with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud; understanding Salesforce CRM configuration and execution of CRM journeys within Marketing Cloud (must be present).
- Strong understanding of integrations and system connectivity (must have).
- Knowledge of CRM governance and compliance data considerations (must have).
- Familiarity with AI or automation tools within the Salesforce ecosystem (desirable).
Non-Technical Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate commercial objectives into CRM architecture.
- Comfortable influencing at senior and leadership levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capability.
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on.
